There are 3 option's for searching for properties.
1. Click on "Buy a Home" towards the top of the homepage and use our advanced search options.
2. Use our "Quick Search" box on the upper right hand side of our web pages to search for properties.
3. Click on our "Featured Listings".

Click on "Sell a Home" or "My Account" to begin entering your new user registration information. Once you register, you will be able to select your listing plan and submit your payment. You will then have the opportunity to add your property information and photos to your listing.

To make changes, you must first log in with your email and password by clicking on "My Account". Please remember that all login information is case sensitive. Once logged in, you can edit, add or change your property information.

Click on the "Modify Property" or "My Account". Click on "Forgotten Password?" You will be asked for the email address that was originally entered to become a member. This email address is case sensitive. Your log in information (username and password) will be sent via email to the address provided.

There are 2 ways to add photos to your property.
1. Adding your photos manually: Click on "My Account" and sign in with your username/password, select "Images" and upload your property photos.
2. Email your photos: You may email your photos to us: support@fsbonevada.com
3. Send us your photos: You may send us your photos by mail to:

Click on "Add Company" under the "Service Directory" section on the right hand side. Begin filling out the company information. Our service directory listing is $299.00 a year. We have two payment options to choose from: credit card or check. Your service (company) will be added as soon as payment is received.

*Before listing your property on the Nevada MLS, please realize that you will be obligated to pay a commission of 1% to 3% to the real estate Agent / Licensee who is representing the buyer. If you find a buyer on your own without the use of a real estate agent / licensee you will not be obligated to pay the commission.

Click on "Sell a Home" on our FsboNevada.com. View the Nevada MLS flat fee program details and service agreement and complete four easy steps:
1. Read and accept the service agreement of the Nevada MLS flat fee program.
2. Pay initial fee by selecting one of the MLS listing plans.
3. Call (702)205-8061 to schedule the MLS flat fee appointment with the real estate broker.
4. An additional $250.00 is due at the appointment with the real estate broker.

You can download forms from various online sites, buy the forms in office supply stores or at the Nevada Legal Forms stores. However, we do offer affordable real estate forms to download by clicking on "Real Estate Forms" on the right hand side of FsboNevada.com.
